When we first moved here we discovered a fun farm called Shady Brook Farms. We love it! They have great pick your own fruit, beautiful apple orchards, and lots of fun things for the kids to do. We also love their ice cream! Most of their festivals cost money, though, and we've never been to an actual festival. This June we went to one that was free for their 100th birthday celebration. It was awesome! We went on a wagon wide around the farm...
We watched some girls doing riverdance style stuff on stage. Aaron was fascinated!
The boys played on the blow up slides. It was SO funny watching Aaron go down. He went down on his belly, feet first, every single time! And those red socks... they are his favorite.
There was a little racing area with cars in it for kids to ride. Matthew loved it! Aaron had a hard time figuring it out, but he still had fun.
Then we grabbed some birthday cake! It was DELICIOUS.
There was also an area with baby goats. Aaron loved petting them!
And last but not least, there were jumping pillows. They were the biggest hit of the night!
