My birthday started off with an awesome gift from my sweet friend, Jane. She knows me so well!
In the morning the boys had these cards for me:
We went to church first thing in the morning and then took off to California -- headed to Disneyland! I also received the sweetest, nicest letter that Chris has ever written me via email on our drive to California. And I was able to read for a bit, which was wonderful.
My mom offered to sit in the back seat, which was really nice of her.
We had lunch at Tommy's in Barstow...
We stayed at a Marriott, and it's always fun to see this in the drawer...
We met up with my cousin Patricia and her son and granddaughter at the Anaheim Garden Walk for dinner. We walked by this sign, which was pretty timely and coincidental!
We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and I got some delicious oreo cheesecake.
It was so nice outside in Anaheim! The Garden Walk is a pretty place.
Here we all are (except my dad) with Patricia, her son Raymond, and Raymond's daughter Laura.
Later in the evening we headed over to Downtown Disney to walk around for a bit.
It was an eventful day! The boys got some goodies at the Lego store and we headed back to the hotel to get some sleep.
