Barnes & Noble celebrated Harry Potter's birthday in style. They had a super fun event and we decided to get our costumes out and go.
They had super cute decorations and each kid got to choose a wand! They were actually really fancy, wax wands. Much better than the wooden dowels I stained for costumes a while back.
After the wand selection (which seemed to take forever), all the kids went on a scavenger hunt around the store. It was so much fun for Matthew and Aaron. We even got to try Starbucks' version of butterbeer (which was disgusting). We had a great time. It will be exciting when Matthew actually gets into the books and we can visit Universal Orlando's Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
