LOVE Park, Macy's Light Show, and Reading Terminal

I took the boys into Center City one afternoon to visit LOVE Park, see the Macy's Holiday Light Show, and to see the holiday railroad at Reading Terminal. We left early to beat the crowds. It was such a cold day! Normally in LOVE Park there is a big fountain where you see the Christmas tree. But during the holidays it's a tree.

We walked by this Nativity and Aaron insisted on getting a picture. He loved finding Baby Jesus all over the Christmas decorations we saw!

We walked through City Hall and found this beautiful tree in the center of it. It was a real tree! And so huge!

Reading Terminal is always crazy with kids. It's overstimulating for me and it's even worse for my kids. But they love it and they love all the food! This time, they were mesmerized by the holiday railroad. The set-up had little buttons that the kids could push and it would make specific trains move.

After Reading Terminal we headed over to the Macy's Light Show. They got comfy on the floor and watched the lights. I will miss this tradition when we no longer live here!

I love all that the holidays in Philadelphia offers us as a family. There is so much to do and see that doesn't cost any money and it so much fun!
