The Infamous Ding Dong Cake

The day after my birthday is when we had cake. It took me quite some time to bake this cake that I had been dreaming of. It's called a ding dong cake. The hospital bakery in Kingman makes this delicious cake and I had been wanting it so much! So I found a recipe online and got to work. It was delicious.

The boys got me some cake decorating stuff. They were so excited to help me open the presents.

I had such a special birthday this year with my sweet little family!
