Overnight in NYC pt. 2: The Rockefeller Center

We didn't stay at our hotel long because we had dinner plans with my friend from high school, Echo Blum. She made us reservations at a place called Del Frisco's Grill at the Rockefeller Center. We walked there and got to see some cool stuff on the way. Particularly cool was this unknown building that sported the Yellowcard logo on its banners.

We got to the Rockefeller Center and it was crazy to be seeing it in real life!

We got to walk around a bit before we met Echo for dinner. We went inside the Lego store and bought the boys some Ninja Turtle keychains. They are cute and small and the guy inside gave us a free Shredder keychain. He was such a nice guy!

Dinner was delicious. Expensive, but delicious. Echo says that the Grill isn't even the expensive one. There is a Del Frisco's which is a steakhouse and it's super super nice. We went to the Grill, which is a cheaper version of the fancy one. We really enjoyed our dinner, though. Echo and her boyfriend Jason were great company! I love Echo. She is a great friend and it's been so nice being able to visit with her at least once a year! Now we are so close, hopefully it will be more often than just once a year.
